Deerskin leather is very soft and Japanese lacquer is very durable creating a product which is very flexible but also very strong. The technique of lacquered apparel dates back to 1582 for the production of garments used for Samurai armours.  Today the same technique is used to create contemporary objects of timeless beauty and high durability.
